Kexwords Researching [HELP] & Spyfu VS. Adwords - Market Samurai

Hello,
I'm actually learning keywords researching from some eBooks, but they are not the best I think. First of all I would like to ask you guys where can I find good and valuable tutorails for keyword research? I only need tutorials or eBooks which are really great and the information is reliable and useful in them.
I'm actually using Maket Samurai Keywords research tool to get some keywords and analyse them, but when I looked over the video tutorials, I don't really know... They always did search with Broad match and things like that, which other don't suggest :/ So I'm a but confused now what to beleive and what not.
Also when I'm using it's SEO competitor's tool, the top 10 results not alsways the same as when I write to google and get the results...
My other problem is that I got an exact search amount from Market Samurai (for example 10 exact search / day) but when I insert the keyword to SpyFu, it givs me even more (like 80-90 searches) or less (like 2-3). So which should I beleive now?
Can someone please help me with these questions? I'm really confused and I'd need someone experienced's help. I would be really gert if anyone could guide me or talk to me about these. You could also send me a PM if you don't want to put information here.
