Question about MozRank

Hey guys:
I have a bunch of web 2.0 sites that show 0 pr using the toolbar, but when I test their MozRank, they range from 2.5 to 3.2.
Question: If I start placing a few links on these sites to my money sites, will they pass any pr authority, or will I need to wait tntil the next toolbar pr update to start seeing pr juice flowing from these sites to my money pages? THX.
