Best SEO Tools post penguin

I currently have the free edition of SEO SpyGlass and like it, but am wondering what the best SEO toolkit out there is (for a reasonably low price)...

I really like the feature that allows you to find and contact competitors backlinking sources easily and by the masses...any suggestions?

      Why it truly doesnt give you any useful information. Any tool that is based off the adword keyword tool for finding keywords is not a good tool
