Do You Think Adding Movie Trailers To My Site Will Increase My Earnings?

Hi,

As the title says it all, do you think it is a good idea to embed official movie trailers from YouTube on my movies website? Will it affect/increase Adsense traffic at all? Will I get better CPC? Or Google won't like it at all?

My site is in my signature.

    When adding any new features to your site you will want to ask yourself if this content is important to your visitors. Just because something is popular in the mainstream doesn’t mean people who frequent your site will like it. I would focus on offering some kind of valuable content related to your niche.

    Also, with Adsense, I would avoid adding too much conflicting content on your site. Adsense ads are designed to be relevant to visitors based on your websites content. If there are too many competing themes, your CTR will drop.

      Yes, put the trailers in the posts. So, when they click on the movie on the home page there is a trailer in the post on the post page.

      Yes, your you tube videos will help you rank but not as much as people selling courses would have you believe.

      If you really want videos to rank get your trailers here
      Movies Coming Soon

      Then social bookmark each one with 20 or so shares. You will be ranking all over the place like it was a jail break.

      How do I know this I have a movie site too.

    Hi Manish,
    I think you can add the movie trailers to your site as it is related to it.You can make a page or two just for trailers so it won't look as adds.It turn out to be the content on your site.And you will get more traffic through it.Or you can have a trailer section of a movie which you provide and people can view them before viewing the movie itself.
