Keyword advice required

Hi Everyone,
I've just launched my copywriting website and I'm trying to settle on which keywords to focus on. I've decided to focus on 3 main keywords as I feel this gives me a better chance of ranking for them. I've got two choices:
1) Keyword 1- 2,900 searches
Keyword 2- 450 searches
Keyword 3- 320 searches
2) Keyword 1- 480 searches
Keyword 2- 450 searches
Keyword 3- 320 searches
I've used several tools to evaluate the keywords (Blaze, SKCA, Travis, Serpattacks) and most tell me the 2,900 keyword should be easy-medium to rank for. On the other hand, if I went with option 2, I would probably rank quite easily for each of them.
Any advice on which option I should go for would be greatly appreciated.
