Hi guys,

I'm new to the CPC marketing and I would deal with Facebook Ads. I have tested a bit, but the conversion still leaves something to be desired, so I would have a couple of questions here.

1) What is your experience you have with Facebook Ads?
2) What are the niches you could apply successfully?
3) How you have your SqueezPages designed?

best Regards

Your squeeze pages can range from being really ugly, to being really beautiful. Both can convert well for you depending on the niche. Facebook Ads aren't as highly converting as Adwords or Adcenter... but it can get you some leads.... that can lead to orders.

Have you thought about using facebook ads to drive to a facebook page with a squeeze page on entry? You can set this up using an iframe so that to actually get into your page they have to enter name and email. Will get you 3 benefits

    1. Facebook usually lower the price when using cpm advertising fb pages. Start wih a budget of $1 per day and you will see as the days go by the cpm will drop.
    2. Likes for your page
    3. Opt ins

With Facebook ads if you can position your offer as a challenge then you're bound to get more interest in your offer...there's an awesome script you can get for nine bucks called HD fan page pro that can help you create good looking Facebook squeezes directly on the platform which I recommend because of the lower cpc it also allows analytics.

For a video I would just use the basic who I am, What I have, Why You Need it and how to get it script.

Also if you have the guts, putting yourself in the video helps...Facebook users love to see real people.

I have found FB ads to be really low converting in most cases. Yes, there are exceptions, but overall, I have very low conversions

This is a split test of my 2 campaings

    Facebook:

    CTR .3%
    Clicks Total 1909
    Sales 5
    Conversion .002%

    "unnamed ad network"
    CTR .23%
    Total Clicks 1571
    Sales 27
    Conversion .017

    Thats a massive difference.

Have you switch your campaign after you got your first few hundred likes to allow you to only show your ads to people who are connected to those who've liked your pages?

Also how many images did you use in your split test?

Your stats are right...you typically wont get a tremendous amount of sales during the first interaction, my question is how aggressive is the first 7 days of your autoresponder after the optin?

Following up aggressively and offering a low cost slo usually allow me a positive return on my facebook ads

Would suggest you to go with Adwords instead of Facebook.

When using Facebook Ads you have to consider a lot of things.

If you know your offer is good then you have a chance.

Collecting Email,Name, Phone gives you quality leads if you do make sure you do pick up the phone and follow up! Your conversion won't be that high.

Or you can just use email your looking at 50% or more.

Also you have to follow up with your leads.

The CPC of FB is expensive. There is no problem if you build either a list or brand awareness for long term business.

CPC of Facebook are quite expensive. Better to do Email marketing, first.

First of all, thanks for the helpful feedback! My current campaign looks like that I have a Squeetz Page is hosted externally, but later I would like to integrate them via iframe into a Facebook page.

The site is in the dating niche and target group is defined as follows: male, single, interested in women, 20-25 years old. In the ads I have several pictures, highlighted. (green bar, red box ...) The highest CtR was 0.1%, is that enough?

Here is my SqueezPages: alphamenbootcamp . com

What do you think of the design? Do you think a simple Squeetz Page with 6 bullets and a Optin is enough on Facebook? Or would you only work with videos?

      How your pages are designed?

      Best regards cClazZz
