They just sold the site recently. Could be one of the reasons it's down.

I had to ask for a refund, cuz they never replied to my email. They are not good anymore. I would suggest you to do the same.

Yes. I have same problem. My new sites shows CTR theme is not properly registered and Old sites are working well. http://www.ctrtheme.com/ site is DOWN for me as well.

so I emailed eppie and responded back that he did sold the site 6 months ago BUT he did provided an eMail address of a new support eMail for CTR Theme.

I'm providing it here so that everyone can send an eMail complaining about the current situation.

and if anyone knows how to provide the eMail to the affiliates that are having problems to related clickbank sales maybe we can make a concerted effort of reporting the problem.

I'm still experiencing this problem. Every new site I've tried to setup today has this problem. I've tried different hosts and the problem persists.

I created a site a few days ago and it's fine. All my other older sites that run the theme are fine.

Did anyone do anything to resolve this issue?

Got the root cause of the problem. It was happening on my sites which had older versions of CTR Theme. Version 1.4.5+ didn't have the problem.

Please upgrade the ctrtheme to atleast 1.4.5. The sites which run on older versions of ctrtheme might have problems if there is a connectivity issue. The support is very much alive and responsive. You can raise support tickets on support[at]ctrtheme[dot]com.

My CTR sites are down. I get a sign saying 'CTR Not Registered Properly' or something like that. No replies to my emails. Really hacked off about this.

This is an email from CTR Guys 'Hummingbird Web Solutions' I got to resolve the problem. -- With no effect.

Hi,
There may be a blank space before or after the activation code or email ID entered by you in the Activation menu option. Please check and remove it. This will solve the issue.

This did not solve any problem and now A lot of folks are going to have to change their Themes. Anyone know a good adsense theme? ( Other than CTR of course!)

Can you please let me your ticket number?

There are 2 likely causes:
1) The email id and your registration code doesn't match
2) You server/hosting provider is not allowing curl calls to validate your license key.

Please provide your wordpress site details over the support ticket and it will be investigated on priority.

Even I faced the same problem 'CTR theme not Registered properly'. I raised a ticket and got a quick reply. I found a space in the activation code. Now my theme is working fine. Cheers to CTR Support.

Once I downloaded the new update for the CTR theme it puts an error message on my website? I think I'm not going to update any of my other websites...hopefully that is not a bad idea?

Hi John,
The error message you are referring to was with version 1.5.0 and was rectified with an immediate release of v1.5.1.

The CTR Theme Not Registered message comes only when the version is not registered (Either using the theme after claiming a refund or with cracked versions). It is not related to upgrades.

Before Upgrading any theme, plugin or wordpress it is always recommended to backup. You can always refer to the changelog Changelog | CTR Theme - the Ultimate AdSense Theme and decide to upgrade or not.
