Whole articles or parts?

For example, if you are writing about California, should you split them into 5 parts (500 words) or just have 1 big whole chunk (2500 words)? Which one is better for the SERPS

    It would really depend on what I was trying to accomplish with the page and if I could break it into sections without losing the concept of the article itself.

    Not sure if that makes sense to anyone other then me but it is my answer..*laughs*

    Break it up into paragraphs like any other normal article or blog post.

    It has to look professional, and readable, or people are not going to read it from the get go!

    I would also suggest the same that split your content into the paragraphs. It will make your write up

    Easier to read
    More attractive
    Make better sense to the reader.

    Article title should be tempting because it will attract visitor to read entire article whatever written in it.
