    Sorry if I am sounding rude but it's simply waste of time.

    First of all you are adding content to someone else's site that too with no PR. You won't get any link juice (even if it's a do follow site). If you add the same content to your own site, it would be more helpful.

    Unless the site you are posting on is trusted and has readership.

    PR isn't the only thing that matters.

    The main reason why people guest post is traffic and PR.

    If the site lacks traffic and PR then it's of no use.

    You wok be better off posting on wikis.

    Guest Posting helps the site to get good position in search engine. But if you have used duplicate content and low quality content in this cause google will find you and should take some serious action against your site. According to me you should follow google guideline.

    It couldn't hurt (unless of course its an extremely dodgy site). Even if a domain has a PR3 or higher, your article will have its own URL and therefore get an automatic N/A PageRank for the first couple of weeks.

    If the DOMAIN PR is high, it will attract more regular indexing and your article might gain some pagerank faster than it would on a PR0 or N/A domain.

    As long as you can squeeze more than 1 backlink out of that article, I'd say go for it. Can't hurt.

    If you want to do guest post then why are you not posting on high PR site instead of posting it on a ZERO PR site??

    You have to build quality links from the scratch to get the results.Having your post on some dead or low traffic site can't help you in what you are looking for.
