Can I post one press release to many new sites ?

Hello,

I have a 500 words press release about my services. Should i post this press release to only One news site or i can post same press release to 100 different sites ?

What is better for SEO ?

        You can circulate the release with as many different sites as you want.

    I think you can circulate the release as much as you can since it is an news behalf of the organization. But you cannot link back to your website for most of the websites. What you are going is not doing any spamming but providing an information to everyone.

    I vote on using the same press release for all the sites. It should be a newsworthy piece of information though, not a sales pitch or a poorly written article. If you provide quality content, your news may be picked up by bloggers or other news outlets which in turn will bring a SEO boost, which is what you're after, aren't you?

      i'm telling you man its not worth it. you will hardly see any improvement in the serp by these junk press release backlinks unless of course if you want to pay a lot of money and publish your press release on highly reputable domains.

        Yes you can submit it 100 different sites but many of the reputed PR distribution sites won't approve your Press release. So in the end you will just 25-30 approved submissions.

      No you can't post one press release in 100 sites. you just publish your release in one quality website, it's exactly similar to publish in 100 sites.
