AdWords disapproved my ad

Hi.
Google disapproved my ad instantly (not by manual review etc), the reason is "site policy" (as always). Here is the site:
_freedomain(dot)lc90(dot)com
What's wrong with it? It has TOS/privacy policy, the info (phone/address), clean design and hand-written text.

    Well what AD did you post need more details... Also doesn't really help you use the word FREE a bunch..

    Basically, you have a bridge page. And going to a pure squeeze page. You've managed to violate two rules at the same time by combining them.

    In addition, there is no informational content on the landing page. That makes it a poor quality landing page.

    Even if they approved it, you would likely get a very low quality score for your keywords, which would drive up your bid costs. Google did you a favor by not approving the ad.

      How can I make it more informational? Remember it wasn't reviewed by robot.
