How much is an adsense site with income worth?

Hey all, if an adsense is having some income, how much you think it is worth? Also what is the most effective and cheapest to sell the site beside flippa? I said that because flippa fee is insane.

If you don't mind sharing your own sale like what is your highest payment for a site that you build.

    Depends on how much it's making, how the site was built, where the traffic is coming from, does the site use a trademark in the domain, etc... Way too many factors to just shoot a number out there.. Get creative put the site up sale on various forums, contact known network owners and offer them the site..

    I have heard that it is about 10x monthly earnings. I have a site up for sale on Flippa now and I'd be happy if it gets 15x.

      There seem to be no alternative to flippa if we want the best price for the site. The fee is the main drawback.

      +1 to this. 10x the monthly earnings is a good number to shoot for but I have seen some go as high as 20x+ monthly earnings.
