Video Not Showing Up in Google - What is Wrong?

Does anyone have any idea as to why our video below is not being listed specifically in the 'VIDEOS' search on Google? I think the video is being indexed, but not showing up at all in the VIDEOS tab? Is it a glitch with something in Google, or did we do something wrong? We have had great luck with other videos ranking well, and feel that nothing illegal against Google TOS has been done.

In the past I have posted videos and they were ranking IMMEDIATELY for the keywords in the top 4-10 pages?

Has anyone else experienced this with Google? And what can we do to remedy this problem? It is very difficult to every get in contact with YouTube support, if that even exists.

One note: We did notice the 'mechanical' transcript was WAY OFF on the video, since they had a voice-over with sound effects on it for Halloween. We have since uploaded a new manually typed transcript file, but that changed nothing. We also went in and have tinkered with the title, thinking that Google may have 'dinged' us for what might have appeared to be an attempt at keyword stuffing (the old title was "Illinois Haunted Houses - Chambers of Darkness Haunted House Promo 2012") and we changed it to the current title to remove any chance of them thinking we stuffed it. We also removed a duplicate video we uploaded to our Google PLUS page to make sure we didn't have duplicate content. We are also pushing traffic to the video from Facebook via Facebook ads.

Any advice people can offer is most appreciated!
