Is Google's Keyword tool broken?

Lately I've been getting some really bizarre numbers and I have no idea what to believe

Check out this example... Attachment 14931 (right click and open in new tab or window)

Notice the search terms that I entered, and Google's suggested keyword ideas... they are the exact same but the search volume is completely different... WTF!

I've been running into this problem quite often lately ... anybody else?

    Lol

Well, there is an easy answer ...

The first row suggestions are based on probably 1 year or more worth of data, while the results on the second row probably refer to last month data.

Now, this is a trending topic .. so everything makes sense, doesn't it?

I respectfully disagree... that's not what Google's keyword tool is designed to do... besides I get discrepancies like that all the time, even with non trending search terms.

Here's some more example... (right click and open in new tab or window)

I could not get that image to open...

..but google's keyword tool works fine for me...no issues....

...I mean c'mon....do you really think a billion dollar behemoth like google would have a keyword tool that was buggy...or faulty...at this stage in the game...

..don't waste anymore of your precious time worrying about stuff so insignificant as what you posted....instead just chalk it up to some bizarre occurrence...and move on.

Do your homework Smart Ass... Google's keyword tool has been broken before (and on more than one occasion)
