1. Whatever your off-site seo strategy is, your onpage seo is just not there. You have under 500 words of content. Try expanding it to at least 800 words, choose your top 5 keywords and include them in the content at least three times. For ultra-competitive niches like SEO, it really is better to have a blog as your homepage to benefit from the 20,000+ words of home page content over time.

2. Design issues. Your header is BLANK. Your menus are BLANK until the mouse cursor goes over it. Beneath that, your site appears very professionally designed, all that quality goes down the drain due to your header issues. How do you expect to sell web design services if your SALES PAGE is defective?

3. You are wasting the seo potential of your H1 and H2 tags. Change the title of your subpages to one of your target keywords. This is by far the easiest remedy and one that WILL make a difference. If you feel that your website has reached a sort of saturation point in terms of SEO traffic, expand your territory to outside your website.

Try creating Web 2.0 properties, social media profiles, etc. and use those to drive additional SEO traffic to your website. In doing this, you will be able to step past the temporary saturation point that your website has reached via SEO.

Also, you will gain the benefit of having more backlinks and traffic from various traffic sources.

Checked Your links from OpenSiteExplorer and it seems that lots of link-building is going on. I mean your site is linking to 291 different domains, perhaps that may not be problem but relevant and natural link building works best!

But I think maybe some advice to help you make
1 - 3-way link exchanges with sites relevant to your business
2 - exchange links with sites that you want your site to be viewed in its place. (The server IP)
3 - Create a dynamic forum site helps it to grow faster
