Question on Using Link Titles

Hi Guys, need an opinion on this. When creating a link, for example, with

anchor text: WARRIOR FORUM and you put a title on the link, say...

title="SEO DISCUSSION"

Which one will be recognized by the search engines?

Warrior forum or SEO Discussion?

    The anchor text will be recognized.

    In this case, I guess Warrior Forum.

    Warrior Forum as everyone has mentioned above, although the link description definitely plays a role similar to an H2 tag. It narrows the anchor text down a bit and is always encouraged.

    Don't forget to vary your anchor text, don't use the same phrase 'Warrior Forum' for anchor text on all your backlinks. Use variations, synonyms, etc as well as a few noise links e.g. read more, click here for more info and also some raw links i.e your actual domain url.
