Hi and wish every one's fine. Well yesterday i launched my first campaign and it was a dud right away. It showed 1/10, which i guess is poor quality score. Also it said that i am bidding pretty low. Let me come to the problem. Am campaigning a CPA offer (ZIP Submit), so i cannot go for high bidding like $5 or $10 per click. The offer pays me $1 for each Zip submit. So i was bidding in lows which i know is a long tail keyword which is getting high traffic but low cost. So, i gave my try. At the end of the campaign, its showing like am bidding low and also my quality score is poor because of the landing page. Now again i can't create a landing page for a Zip submit because the visitors need to go through several pages for that. So, i have chosen for Direct linking. Can any one help me solve this problem? I know only the place on the internet is warrior forum where i can solve my problem. Thanks in advance.

If they were requesting $5-$10 per bid that was because of the campaign penalty.

Normally for zipsubmit type CPA offers, I shoot for a 5 cent or less target, it's hard to be profitable under 10 cents if your campaign converts at a normal rate (about 10%).

Try yahoo for traffic, you can get plenty of traffic right at 10 cents, so you won't have to worry about quality penalties. Once you've taken that over , try google CONTENT NETWORK (not search) as they're much easier on quality scores.

    Hi, Welcome Aboard.

Yip 1/10 is a poor quality Score. Basically Google hates that keyword in that campaign. Alright you now that already.

Are you familiar with Googles landing page guidelines?
As I don't have enough posts to post links yet (sorry) type 'Google landing page guidelines' into google and you should see the link to the guidelines. If you haven't already I suggest you read these guidelines and implement them.

Also suggest you make sure that the keywords you are using are clearly relevant to your AdVariant and both are clearly relevant to your landing page.

Use the Google Keyword tool to check what keywords Google thinks your landing page is about.

    Hope that helps

    Hi.

I would suggest increasing your landing page QS, and running Content Network Only.
Just make sure you keep a close eye on your campaign, as you can end up wasting a small fortune. So, make sure you use the Adwords reporting 'Placement Performance'. This will show you where your ads are being placed.

    Good Luck
