Has this site went way down hill after Penguin?

I notice a lot of listings where they either don't put verified Google Analytics, or the numbers drop off drastically after May 2012.

Do people really sell sites that are just making passive income? What's the value? 3 months revenue? 10 months?

    My micro niche sites got hit ... however, my authority websites actually got more traffic with every update. My guess is that authority sites will sell just as well, even better than before if they survived the updates, like mine did. EMD sites on the other hand are not a viable alternative anymore for passive income, unless you launch like 100 a month.
