What are Your Standard AdSense Metrics?

I am thinking about going after some easy SEO kws I found, here are the metrics:

Searches/month and Approximate CPC
9900-0.91
4400-1.30
8100-1.73

I calculate in my head that if I can rank #1 in Google:
I will get 60% of the searches to my site.
9900 * .6=5940 v
5940 visitors * .03 ctr=178.2 people clicking per month

And then I heard that you only get paid about 25% of the "Approximate CPC"?

So 178.2*(0.91*0.25)=40

If all of these hypotheticals turn out to be true, the site would only make $40 per month.

How would you guys say this hypothetical scenario compares with reality?

    add seance is good for earning but i m confuse i have 1 site and i got 200 visitor per day but earning 1$ per day it's very bad result for add seance

    I use number of searches*CPC*.01*expected ranking multipler (ERM).

    For ERM, 1st position is 2.0, 2nd position is 1.25, and anything less is one. I rarely target a micro niche site that I am not confident of ranking in the top two spots, unless it is especially juicy. So my formula would give

    Site 1 - 90.09/month
    Site 2 - 57.20/month
    Site 3 - 140.13/month

    Then just add any extra from the multiplier, and your set. In my experience, my sites earn fairly close to this ballpark with an adsense niche site. If you are building out a larger authority site, this may be wildly inaccurate.

      Please expand on this.

      I've noticed the CPC estimates from the keyword tool to be wildly inaccurate for Adsense for content but I don't know of a better alternative.

    For any reasonable metrics the AdsenseFlippers calculator shows all sites as pretty much worthless.
