How do i add another website to my adsense account

I currently have an Adsense account setup with my blog and i want to add another site. A while ago i purchased some sites that already had adsense ads built in and i want to add these to my account. I have tried reading the Adsense tutorials on Google but just seem to be going around in circles. I need some instructions in plain english and from previous questions i have posted here i know this is the place to come.

    Unless I'm missing something... All you need to do is go to your adsense account and create a new adsense unit - then replace the existing adsense code on your website with the new code. That should replace the existing adsense units with your new units, tied to your account.

    Does that make sense?
