    It will not be indexed or with lower rank because google don't like duplicate content

    Reposting content gives you a big penalty to wherever you post it to. I've seen it when I've been moving my old HubPages off onto other sites.

    Google definitely remembers where it first saw something. I really hate to lose content, but it's not doing me any favours republishing stuff.
