As the title says......I know Yukon has mentioned it and it's in his avatar but what is it exactly?

Never heard of it. Or atleast it does not exist in my past 4 years of SEO experience. Probably the next buzz word to get rid of recent google slaps. It would be interesting if someone could shed some light on it.

  Maybe it is a buzz word but I found a little info on it, something about changing meta keywords or something but I really didn't know it it's the same thing that's referred to here on the forum?

If you are using Wordpress then it is automatically dynamic, if comments are posted on your blog then it generating dynamic content, it depends on you how you manage quality of content.

There are many things which help in building automated links, which can be done using WP as well and they are dynamic and they are good as well.
