Dirty keywords as an anchor text

Hi guys, i found some naughty words used as anchor text in some really high traffic websites. It is clear that this is close to a black hat technique. Anyway - my question - is it risky to do this, is it possible that search engines may censor or ban the website for unrelated anchor texts? Thank you

This is rubbish because that would mean if you search for "porn" and other words of the human anatomy, there would be no search results. But I'm sure you know this is not the case.

If you are trying any unethical technique to drive traffic to your website then search engine can penalize your website. According to me if you are looking traffic from google then use only white hat techniques to avoid any penalty.
