    1. Title is the most important thing in on-page because search engine crawler firstly go for website title. If your keyword in title then you have more chance to get crawled.

    2. We can use keyword in content as per search engine guidelines.

Place Your Targeted Keywords in the Important places of your webpages like

    • Beginning of your Title Tag
    • H Tags
    • Image Alt Tags
    • Content Section
    but don't stuff your keywords.

Keywords in content are mandatory. there should not be more than 3 keywords used in it and each keywords at 30 words space interval.

        Mike covered most of it.

        1. Title
        2. Description
        3. Heading tags 1-3
        4. Alts
        5. Content
        Density 3% average. Write natural.

Google did an update to Panda's Algorithm on Sep 27, A day before the EMD update.

What I have seen is that I am ranking for single Keywords I wasn't even targeting. I have a small site, yet I ranked on "Money" on the 3rd Page. I even got 12 clicks out of it today. Quite astonishing when you think about it. Now I am just speculating but they must be looking at the Index pages pretty aggressively.

Hey Chris thanks for your concern. The density you are telling about 3% is total density have to used in the content or Is it over all used in to be title , content, description?
