www.warocks.com/home-remedies-for-acne-scars

Hi, I SEO-ed my article for keyword ''home remedies for acne scars''.

It is indexed in google.

Search for site:www.warocks.com in google. When I searched for home remedies for acne scars in google it don't appear in the top 1000 of google search results. Why? The top 3 website shown in google home remedies for acne scars have low PR, low backlink profile.

https://www.google.com.sg/search?q=h...ient=firefox-a

Why my website not even appeared in the top 1000 of google, I have SEO-ed the article. And why the clicks gotten from that page is around $0.39 per click compared to the google adwords keyword tool shown around $5 CPC.:confused:

My website is 2 months old, topic revolve around acne.

I also need comments on the theme I used which is CTR theme looks plain ;( I bought for 67 USD, thinking of changing theme, suggestion please?

Thanks Attached Images

    1- Optimizing your article will not be enough to get ranked for most keywords (except for very, very low competition ones); you also need backlinks to rank, especially in your niche.
    2- The pages you see on the top 3 are inner pages of HUGE sites (just look at the number of pages in G Index: 3,930,000 - 5,350,000, etc) that have been around for almost 10 years. You can't hope to beat them with on-site optimization only.
    3- You are going to need quite a few high PR and high quality links to get on page one (and even more if you want top 3).
    4- You need to make sure that you'll have good volume and the searchers will spend good money to compensate for all the time and money you will spend to get ranked.

    Hope this helps.

    hello

    "SEO is so hard."

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Home Remedies for Acne Scars
    This webpage is optimized for the keyword "home remedies for acne scars" and not even shown up in the top 1000 of google SERP. SEO is so
    hard.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Not Agree with u at all.... Let us analysis your site.

    if i m not making mistake...u want to rank for these kws

    Home Remedies for Acne Scars
    Best Acne Treatment

    and u created these pages.... and do on page seo...

    Best Acne Treatment
    Home Remedies for Acne Scars

    ----
    Now lets check your first kw, on Google... firefox + seoquake

    ==>>Best Acne Treatment

    1. WebMD - Better information. Better health. pr 3 and number of index pages.
    2.Skin Care, Hair Care, and Hygiene Tips - Daily Glow pr4
    10-www.clearpores.com/ pr 4

    In short, u are fighting with high authorities sites like webmd, with your 3 page site.

    Of course you can rank for these kw's but it take time.

    For example.. if u want to rank for these kw.... "Best Acne Treatment"

    u should research several kw's on Acne Treatment

    ====>>Acne Treatment

    ==>natural acne treatment
    ==>homemade acne treatment
    ==>body acne treatment
    ==>herbal acne treatment
    ==>cystic acne treatment
    ==>hormonal acne treatment
    ==>blue light acne treatment

    And put some content on it, ( videos, images and articles)

    Your site will become an authority site on Acne Treatment. Just keep update the content.

    And you will rank very long period of time.

    I hope it helps

    Thanks

    Thanks a lot for all the comments. However, I need some suggestions about my theme, it looks ugly, however, the CTR theme being the leading adsense theme in the internet, should I continue to use this theme or change to another theme that is more beautiful and attractive?

      I think your theme looks ugly too and I would never use it. Most popular does not mean best. Some people seem to believe that if your theme looks ugly people will click ads to get away from your site. I think that's a really bad approach. You should build sites that look good so if/when you get a manual review you'll pass it.

      You also want some visual credibility to draw people in enough to look at your ads. If I saw this site I'd be pushing the back button right away. Also, your header say "Warlocks"...which has nothing to do with acne at all.

      I always use the Heatmap pro theme for all my sites and my clients. It comes with 32 child themes, very versatile, SEO ready.

      First let me point out Googles page layout Algorithm. Even with adsense ads this will be triggered. You have pushed the content below the fold. That is a no no.

      Address your alt tags exactly as the keyword phrase. Reduce the size of the images.
      Axe the inline adsense ad, place a 300 X 250 text/rich media in the upper left. Wrap the content around it. Place the images just above the fold.

      Check your keyword density.
      Also take out that video. It looks unrelated. If you do use videos, be sure to include a video sitemap using the same keywords, or related keywords.

        Alt tag should not be exactly the keyword? The more related keywords(LSI) in the alt tag, together with the keyword, can drive more traffic from google images? As your image rank for more keywords?

        300 x 250 ads is not as effective as 336 x 280 ads in term of CTR. Place images above the fold? I have 2 images above the fold side by side.

        My keyword density is 2%. How do I create a video sitemap?
