Ezine Articles Are Back On Top Of Google !

Hey Everyone,

Have you guys noticed that since the recent updates..Ezine Articles are showing up again on page one and page two for many keywords.

Maybe the old days are back..the days when you could rank your website for a keyword using ezine articles only as backlinks...we will have to see

Interesting proposition. I tried some of the keywords in my niche and not a single article was ranking. Perhaps you have some concrete example.

I just randomly googled keywords that would likely have ezine articles rankings and theres none. So i dont think this update had anything to do with article directories. Maybe websites in your niche lost rankings and pushed ezine up higher.

Personally I haven't noticed ezine up in the serps to much, but I'll look into it.

If so, then I guess article writing for SEO will start to be hot again.

I've not noticed any movement in my niches, perhaps you could share the ones you were looking at. I focus predominantly on offline businesses so I find movement is less dramatic in my niches as opposed to the traditional popular adsense, affiliate niches etc

Ezine Articles is a waste of time. Please use your time writing articles for your own site and develop backlinks to it so they can rank.

Probably you're on a personalized search. I don't see ezinearticles ranking for those terms.

I dont see ezine articles on the first page for any of those terms I do see livestrong and wikihow though for some of them

I have seen them make a slight comeback but nothing compared to their glory days. Livestrong wikihow and about.com still outrank them on most of the long tail queries I have seen.
