    If you are going to play in big boy SERPs, you need something a little better than social bookmarking and directory submissions. Plus the companies ranking for these keywords already are probably the most likely to file spam complaints to Google on anyone they see jump into the top 10.

    That's very high competitive keywords man. No one can tell the timeframe to rank for those keywords. You will be needing more works to outrank those businesses appearing for those keywords.
