Re-using the exact content of a penalized site (Penguin).

Hi - a quick question,

Is it possible to get ranked with a website which uses the exact same content of a penalized (Panda, Penguin etc.) site for the same keyword provided I delete the original website and does not use 301 re-direct and (of course) with a new domain?

Thank you.

SAme content can be use. Will it be effective ? certainly for a while but eventually panda/penguin will catch on.

Probably best to cut ties with the entire site.

Especially if you are just going to create a new site in the same niche, now.

    It's possible. But it's a bad idea.

Of course it's possible and may rank and earn well...

But remember this website was penalized before. Would you ever want to copy something that was penalized?
