I am a SUPER heavy SEO guy.

I absolutely love it. The thing is, as my projects get bigger and bolder, I don't have the time as much as I'd like to.

I know you fellow warriors outsource some of this.

I am looking to mainly outsource building links using tools like UAW,SeNUKE and AMR - as well as for the outsourcer to spin the content for me. Also probably bookmarking with Onlywire and Pingler.

I am going to write the content, do the keyword research, and do some of the social sharing myself.

For those of you who outsource SEO, how do you do it, where did you find the best help, and what do you think is a reasonable rate to pay for it?

To the top,
-Gregory

You have to have a reliable source if you're going to outsource. Charging a client and then outsourcing to someone who doesn't know much about SEO will make you and your future business look bad.

It's best to design packages that you know work, then find SEO resellers selling particular link services that charge a bit less than you.

One of our own consultants use over 20 different networks for his own SEO service, and it works great.

What do you mean by finding SEO resellers?

I am actually not doing any client work, I am almost purely affiliate marketing and network marketing. I'm not a big fan of client work so try to stay away from it lol.

Also any good advice when looking at places like Odesk/Elance for good cheap contractors?

In my opinion, there are outsourcing sites with good and professional contractors who are able to do the job well. You can try odesk or freelancer, they are the most reliable outsourcing sites.

Finding a good person to outsource work to that is reliable is like finding a really hot girlfriend.... and your wife never finding out. What pisses me off the most are the ones that seem to do exactly what you want for the first month, then start slacking off. You can expect to waste a little money probably as you find people to outsource tasks too.

Right now got a proposal on Odesk.

I'm hoping to find it for fairly cheap considering I did all the content and they just have to do the backlink part. But we shall see... will continue shopping

I recommend that you get a VA since you're still doing most of the content and they'll be doing the backlinking. But teach them how to create good quality backlinks. Don't depend on the automation tools.

www.odesk.com is the best site for link building purpose, there are lots of Indian and Bangladeshi guys on there who are ready to work for cheap price, all you need to do is select a right person
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[7143376].message }}
    • You can hire one or two virtual assistants and train them. Many VAs specialize in SEO and Internet marketing - you just have to find the right person to work with . It is advisable to hire a VA through a company that offers virtual assistant services; this way you will know exactly who are you hiring and what skills and experience they have.

    Hey Greg,

The point here is that you have more $$$ then time. You need to hire someone who actually has ranking proof that they know what the hell they are talking about. Provides a reasonable price for actual LEG work seo and shows full proof of everything they do.

These "webmaster" forums are filled with people who claim to give quality services but they are complete crap and I for one am tired of that.

I offer link building services myself (check my sig and i promise that is my only plug to you).

But regardless of who you choose, make sure they provide you with the following:

    • A Full report showing what links they gave you and are LIVE.
    • Tech support to answer any questions and give you next step advice.
    • Someone who suggests on-page seo as a key factor (it still matters mate).
    • Someone who mentions the importance of Naked links (if you do not know what these are, research it or pm me for more info).
    • Someone offering you tier linking (its the fastest way to rank and keep your MONEY sites safe after panda/penguin).
    • Someone that offers a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for a full 30 days so you have every opportunity to rip their work to shreds and find fault with it.
I hope this info has helped you. Feel free to pm me if you have any direct questions or post here and I will gladly answer anything publicly that I can. SEO and link building is not something to have done behind closed doors. Its not about that. Its really about who has the time to do it right.

It's hard finding reliable help. I found it's better to find someone local to help, someone you can train and meet locally when needed. I've found some great help by making a simple Craigslist ad.

I mean. Anyone who knew anything about seo would be more then minimum wage?

I'd say it would be better for him to hire a virtual SEO guy. Onlinejobs.ph or directory.outsourcingautopilot.com would be good sources when looking for someone you can hire virtually.

Anyone who tells you that on-page still matters has a weak network. If that's true then how have we ranked BLANK pages for high competition terms? How did we rank a lawyer's website #1 for "printing" in his city in order to close the deal? (A year later with no other link building he's now #2 for printing in his city)

Says the guys who asks me by PM if I can rank his site for a nation wide keyword cause his network of 1000's of sites is too weak and only suitable for local clients. And that for $4 per link. You know why I didn't take on the offer? I don't work with fakers.

Why don't you just go and look for people in "Warriors for hire" section. There are people who provides the services you need and they give your good results. How do I know because I have personally bought from them to test few of my sites and I really liked it.

Not all, but look who is getting good reviews. I am sure you'll find good ones.

Additionally I also build High PR backlinks to my site, because the links you get from using those servieces are generally new and don't have any PR on them.

There are a lot of outsourcing sites out there but the most popular and reliable I think is the Odesk. I think it is because of the feedback system used on their contractors. This allows you to see whether a contractor is good or bad at what you want them to do.

I also like that the system takes screen shots of the contractos computer screen, so you can see how hard they are working for you or if they are not working at all.

Some contractors give you very impressive cover letters and resumes but they are not good at what they say they are. With the feedback and comments on the contractor's profile, you can easily select which contractor to choose.
