Here's a tool that can help you understand which update affected your site...

Pretty useless. All this tool does is give you an outlay of Google updates by date over your traffic stats. There are 1-2 updates a day to the algorithm. And just because a traffic drop happens right after one update, that does not automatically mean it is the cause of your traffic loss. It could have been a previous update. They sometimes take a few days to a week or longer to roll out to all the data centers.

And it may not have even been any of these updates that hit you. Could be something else entirely.

    Waste of time.

Yeah, except for the fact that linking dates of traffic drops and dates of Google updates while doing absolutely zero analysis of the site itself or its backlink profile is about as useful in determining which update a site was caught up in as rolling dice or flipping a coin.

Other than that, this tool is awesome.
