Sites with the same owner affected by Panda or EMD

I have a problem with my sites (almost all of them). I am the owner of about 20 websites, a lot of them (15 perhaps) with content unchanged for more than one year.

The sites are grouped in this way: tech sites (3-4), software sites (5-6) + different niches. The sites are not interlinked in any way.

Few days ago, all the websites was affected by the latest Panda update (or perhaps EMD).

Few of them are EMD, the others are not. The decreasing was major: almost all of them are now on the 900+ position, even for the "domain name", without quotes. All the internal pages are dropped, even for a very long tail (the name of the article) are in 900+ position.

The sites have apparently nothing in common, I mean are not interlinked. Few of them are 100% clean - just original content and few clean links. Even these sites was smashed by this update. I cannot understand which was the reason because all these sites was affected by this update.

They have in common the same IP, the same WT and the same analytics account.

The niches for few of them are totally unrelated (a site for woman with 10 posts, a new wallpaper site with 30 posts etc.).

Can you understand what is happen ? Do you have similar experience ?

its hard to tell without seing site, but it could be onpage over optimisation ? Ads above the fold ?

There must be something common you are doing to these sites. offpages or onpage.

    Hope this help

  • Big Mistake. If you have analytics account for all your sites. Google will use this information to punish all your sites. It seems you got a manual review and these guys are mean. If they find one of your site doing hanky panky they punish all your sites.

Few of these sites was never monetized. They are not full of keywords or something similar. Take a look at this site, for example, (one month old and already penalized).

For its name (two words) is in the 900 position: alturl.com/zsdfh

All the long tails are in the same positions (take a look at a title of one article and how is ranking in Google).

Hi Firstly you must have fresh unique content on your site posted every 10 days or so as this is now a big penalty, secondly keep analytics as it is a great source of information and it is irrelevant if you do not have them as the big G still knows exactly whats going on. Your site s will have been hit because of content a Panda Penalty and possibly EMD for exactly the same reason. Post to your sites at least every 10 days

  • Having unique content is the most important part now. You will be safe from panda.
Stop building spam and irrelevant backlinks, you will be safe from penguin.
EMD is nothing. If you have EMD but your site have good contents, you will not be hurt by them.

    I believe as you said

They have in common the same IP, the same WT and the same analytics account.
This is where the problem resides...
