Is there any software that will find high PR blog & forums, that rank for specific keywords, so that I can then regularly post relevant comments manually ? I know about 'G-Lock Blog Finder' - any experience with that or something similar ?

I'm not looking for automated comments, just something that will give me a list of good sites with do-follow links for me to watch daily so I can add to the conversation. I know the main forum/blogs in my niches, but there must be so many others that are worth posting to from, a link juice point of view.

Yes you can get high pr blogs and forums with Scrapebox.

    Forum footprint:
    Keyword+"powered by vbulletin"
The above way you can find for vbulletin forums. Replace it with punbb, SMF and other forum platforms.

    Wordpress footprint:
    inurl:register.php intext:"upcoming" intext:"published" intext:"submit"
    inurl:/register intext:"upcoming" intext:"published" intext:"submit" intext:"Tag Cloud" -inurl:.php
    inurl:/register intext:"upcoming" intext:"published" intext:"submit" -inurl:.php
    inurl:/register intext:"upcoming" intext:"published" intext:"submit" -inurl:.php intitle:"register"
    inurl:/register intext:"Powered by Pligg" -inurl:.php
    inurl:/register.php intext:"Powered by Pligg"

Definitely Scrapebox. You can grab it for $57 @ BHW - ScrapeBox

Once you get the hang of it you can gather harvest hundreds of thousands of URLs in just a few minutes based on as many keywords as you'd like. Then you can check their PR, check to see if the posts are open for comments (if you're searching for blogs), etc.
