Facebook Ads - Zero Impressions?

I created an ad campaign on Facebook with target audience size of 1 million, but I am getting zero impressions, zero clicks. Also, my previous ads have stalled and the number of impressions is not increasing. Initially it was working ok but after about 2 hours my ads are not being served anymore. I attempted to pause and restart the ads and campaign but this does not work. What happened and how can I get my ads to reach viewers again? I set a price per click much higher than the recommended price range, and I set aside a budget is $200.

    Is $200 your overall budget or is it your daily campaign budget - these can be two different values. Have you previously set an overall advertising spending limit that you might have reached., if so it will override any campaign budget.

    $200 is my overall budget. I reached previous limit of $20 a day quickly, so I changed the budget to $200 overall -- it said by changing the overall budget I would reset the counter to $0 and count again.. It started counting again for up to 85,000 ad impressions, then for some reason it stopped giving out new ad impressions altogether, am stuck at ard $50 spent but the counter is not running.

    any help? i tried waiting for 12 hours, then reactivating the campaign.. still zero impressions

    By overall budget, I meant lifetime budget (now called 'Account Spend), apologies for not making that clear.

    Go to Manage Campaigns > Billing - in the top row just below the 'Billing Summary' heading you'll see a field called 'Account Spend'. If that's set to a limit and you've spent that amount overall then any campaigns will stop showing impressions. You can either up the limit or select 'no limit'.

    I never select 'no limit' just in case of any unforeseen circumstances that prevent me from accessing by FB account for a period of time.

    My lifetime budget is $200 but it is stuck at $80 and the impressions counter is not running. Impressions served started increasing for a while but is stuck again.

    Is your CTR very very less? I meant, did you not get much clicks from the $80 already spent?

    Also try increasing your bid, might have happened that min. CPC bid is high now due to competition..

    my CPC bid is about twice the recommended price - $80 was spent quite quickly. still have about $120 left but it isn't moving
