Check the content that you are posting. From my experience words like forex, free, cheap, ugg, penny, insurance and capsule are blocked automatically.

There is nothing to solve. They don't want your comment and trying to work around that makes you a spammer. Its not an error its a feature for the owner . You don't own the site.

My question is why are you doing blog commenting at all. Let your users take care of that kind of stuff. If you spend your time on creating something your users will find worth reading, learning from, using then they will take care of all this drone work for you.

Because you have been flagged as a spammer. Either your IP address, email address, URL, or all 3 have been flagged.

Do not waste your time trying to get your comment pass the spam filter of that particular site. Try commenting on other sites.If the same thing happens after trying several more websites, then either solve the spam filter issue or try another strategy. But you have to make sure that your comments aren't really spammy. No links on the message unless it refers to a useful and relevant information related to the post you are commenting on. Comments also need quality content or else it will be tagged as spam.

There might be a great chance that the site owner might had seen some spamming comments from your IP and later tagged your IP as spam.

  If you were dropping comments with links, you were spamming. That is spam activity.

This problem is occurring for multiple drupal blogs. But, guess what I think I solved the issue my own.

I tried with variation of anchor text and description when commenting on drupal site. and now solved this issue.
FYI: now getting high PR less OBL and dofollow instant backlinks. isn't that great?

I have tried different techniques to do this right but now I can say I am expert in submitting comment in any drupal site that will show this error successfully.
There is two reasons one is your IP and another is your content.

You can do this by changing your content when commenting or use a good proxy website to hide your IP so that comment will be publish and I have to say about 80 out of 100 will give approved backlinks with High Page PR.
I think this is the best practice to get high page PR + dofollow + instant + low OBL backlinks.
