Microsoft Adcenter - Unwanted Traffic and Duplicate IPs

Hello,

I have a few PPC campaigns running on adcenter, targeting only US traffic. I've noticed (according to my tracker) that once in a while I'll be getting few clicks from other countries. Also noticed there are duplicate IPs/clicks from time to time.

Do you usually ignore such things and suck it up, or do you contact adcenter about it (which I already know will probably be useless)? Maybe provide them proof of at least the traffic from unwanted countries.

How do you do that? Besides, I think you refer to blocking them from landing on my pages/site.... but what about the adcenter clicks? They'll still count.

Not all people get unique IP addresses and nothing prevents a person from seeing the same ad twice and clicking on it.
Out of the country clicks? Ask Microsoft.
You're paying for the service. Why are you wasting your time here and asking instead of asking support?

Fair enough. How about fake clicks if you don't mind?

No pun intended, but have you dealt with adcenter's support before?

      Thanks for the reply anyway.
