Is it necessary to add Privacy page in Blogger for ADSENE?

I have recently made two blogs which u can see in my signature. Someone tell me that u do not have privacy page. What does it mean and is it necessary to make.
please help!!

    Yes it is neccessary to include one. It tells here what you need for the privacy policy- Required content - AdSense Help

      i have created one for my site by other tool. Can u check it. and confirm it that it is right or not..Can i also change it or submit new in FUTURE if i want to use more affiliate marketing companies. like amazon , chilka etc. Any bad impression there for Google if i submit new in future.
      Recently, i have created for only Google adsene.
      Please provide valuable suggestion SIR.

        Yes, that privacy policy has the necessary information.

        Amazon requires a different disclaimer to be put on your site. They tell you in their T&C's what you need to put.

        Google don't mind if you change the privacy policy as long as you include all the information that they state in their terms.

    Creat one now, it is the #1 reason to get your adsense account banned for not having a privacy policy page.

    There's also the site map that adsense require you to put in and the contact info, at least an email address.

    I have seen that after adding the privacy policy the rate of clicks on the ads have increased. So I think its better to add the PP.

    Ofcourse you have to add a privacy policy page to your blog where you have to mention what rules you have if someone wants to engage with you and if someone disobeys the rule what they can loose.You have to be straight as its your blog and only you can make it spam free.
