NASCAR parts manufacture optin on my Adsense site

Every once in a while I'll open my email list & sort out the emails from webmasters/site-owners (ex: johndoe@some-business.com).
I was looking at an email optin from one of my Adsense sites (file download site) & noticed an email from a small business that is a parts manufacture in both NASCAR & sprint cars, he builds a single custom part for a lot of the drivers (he claims +60% of the drivers).
I did some research on his site.
His old boss has multiple wins in the NASCAR Cup Series (anyone that's ever watched NASCAR knows the guy). He later went on to start up his current business.
Anyway, I thought that was cool, the guys on my email list. I might have to come up with something related to NASCAR or sprint cars, for some new content.
Wish I had a way to track the web page/URL that my traffic opted into the email list from. That would tell me exactly whet content each individual person is interested in. Knowing that URL would help with future content ideas, without running annoying polls.
