SEnuke and my site's keyword Density

I'm giving SEnuke a shot. I have my list of keywords I want to target. The ones I really, really want it tells me "Don't waste Your time". I will give them a shot anyway.

There are still plenty of keywords where is tells me that it is doable, easy and extremely easy. Ok, good.

Now my question. I am assuming that even if Senuke says a keyword will be easy, that I will have to make sure that my site is optimized for the keyword. Maybe a stupid question, but I want to be clear on this. If I never mention the keyword "red calendars" on my site, but Senuke says EASY, then do I need to first make sure I work the keyword into my site? Or can I just move ahead with SEnuke?

If it is the latter, what kind of keyword density should I aim for?

Thanks. For my SEnuke test run, I started with a keyword that they said would be "extremely easy". I was number 11 24 hours a ago. I submitted a spun article (with anchor text as my keyword and link to my index page) to 7 social network sites. Bookmarked the article and my site in a dozen social bookmarking sites and submitted 3 videos to video sharing sites.

I'm still number 11. I know it takes time. But there are a lot of SEnuke stories about results within hours. Maybe exaggerated or maybe I didn't do enough....

      Will keep you updated.
