How To Auto Syndicate Your Article Marketing for 1000s of Auto Pilot SEO Backlinks

Hi Fellow Warriors,

I've noticed that there's been a lot of questions about article marketing with respect to getting your articles syndicated recently, so I thought I'd share a simple method / trick I've come up with for auto-syndicating the articles that you put into the article directories.

I hope my little twist on article marketing gives you a little insight into a different angle when it comes to auto-syndication. Especially beneficial for people looking for more quality SEO backlinks on auto-pilot.

Article Directory Submission

One thing I've found about article marketing is that it is a very vast field. There are various ways you can go about it, and various websites where you can post your articles to as well. The most popular place among these are probably article directories.

Article directories allow you to post quality articles for free, and to include a backlink to your site or blog in the author bio below the articles. These directories are typically high authority and traffic sites that can be very beneficial for those looking for quality backlinks as well as some targeted traffic.

But when it comes to article marketing using article directories (or article directory marketing as some like to call it), there are things that you need to take into consideration beforehand if you want to get the maximum impact with the least amount of effort.

Which Article Directories To Submit To?

There are literally thousands and thousands of article directories that you can submit your articles to. Submitting to all of these would be a waste of your time and effort. There are automated tools that allow you to submit to all of these in a flash of course, but even these tools take time and effort to operate and set up.

Simply shooting out your article to all of those directories wouldn't be the best use of your time. Most of those directories are of low standard, and could disappear anytime.

The handful of high quality directories that are available include names like EzineArticles.com, GoArticles.com, and ArticlesBase.com. But still, which among these should you primarily focus your time and effort on?

It's a question that I used to ponder in the past, until I came up with this little angled approach...

They have roughly the same amount of authority and PR status in the eyes of the search engines. And they have probably more or less the same amount of traffic these days.

If you had to focus on just one, which would it be?

Is there one quality directory that gives results head and heels above the others when it comes to generating SEO backlinks? That can give you several times more backlinks than the others?

And I realized...

Why yes there is...

And no, it's not EzineArticles...

We'll get into that later down below, but first, let's talk about...

What's Your Article Directory Marketing Tactic?

For most people doing article marketing, their tactic mainly consists of churning out quality articles as fast as they can. Each article allows you to insert one or two backlinks into your bio box.

So the more articles you create, the more backlinks you get. You put out one article, you get one or two backlinks. You put out one hundred articles, you get one or two hundred backlinks. You put out one thousand articles, you get one or two thousand backlinks. And so on and so forth...

So you see, in normal article marketing efforts, the amount of backlinks and traffic you get is directly proportional to the amount of articles you create and submit. If you want to get more results, you need to create more and you need to submit more.

However, when you take a step back and look at it, this isn't exactly the most productive use of your time. If you want more backlinks, you need to do more work. You need to put in significantly more time and effort.

What if there was a way for you to just post a few articles to one particular article directory and continue getting hundreds of backlinks over and over again from those few articles on complete autopilot?

You wouldn't have to do a thing...

Just post a few articles and let the backlinks from those articles multiply... on complete autopilot... for an indefinite amount of time... Repeat the process, and you'll see the amount of backlinks you acquire from article marketing grow exponentially.

The way you can achieve this is through article syndication. Article directories allow the articles that you post on them to be syndicated and reposted on various blogs and websites across the web, including your backlinks that you place on them.

If someone takes an article that you posted on an article directory and reposts it to their blog with your author bio box intact, you get additional backlinks from their blog pointing to your site for free.

However, the hard part is... Just because you post an article in the article directories doesn't guarantee that the article is going to get syndicated. Some articles get syndicated more than others for various reasons.

The method I want to share with you is what I call the Auto Article Syndication Method. It allows you to get your articles auto-syndicated on auto-pilot and greatly increase the amount of exposure and backlinks you can get with each article.

The Auto Article Syndication Method

There are several groups of people who syndicate articles from the article directories. There are bloggers, webmasters, writers, and more. But the particular group of people who we will be taking advantage of with this method are people who do autoblogging.

Autoblogging software scrapes articles and content from article directories and reposts those articles on blogs and websites. What we are going to do is to create articles that these autoblogs will scrape and repost on their blogs. We will thus be able to get our articles scraped and syndicated thousands and thousands of times across the web with all the hundreds of thousands of autoblogs out there.

The scraped article retains the backlinks you have inserted into your article's author bio box as it is placed on the auto-blog. This means more backlinks for you but...

Even though you can get a ton of fully automated backlinks over time from autoblogs that scrape your articles on the article directories, not every article has the same chances of being scraped.

Certain autoblogging software only scrape articles from certain directories, and not from others. Furthermore, certain topics almost never get scraped while others get scraped on a daily basis, getting you backlinks over and over again.

The concept for getting automated article links is three-fold...

- Post your article on highly scraped article directories.
- Post articles on topics that regularly get scraped.
- Include backlinks to your site in your article and get scraped!

Easy, no?

The Most Highly Scraped Directories

In order to determine the most highly scraped article directories, it is necessary for us to take a look at which article directories the most popular autoblogging software scrape from.

From observation, I found that the majority of autoblogging software pull from either Go Articles, Articles Base and Ezinearticles.

Thus, from a backlinking perspective, it would be in your best interest to concentrate your efforts on either one of those directories.

However, given a choice, I would recommend that you use Go Articles rather than Ezinearticles or Articles Base if you are chasing after backlinks due to a number of reasons...

The Case Against EZA

EzineArticles doesn't get scraped as often as GoArticles. The reason for that is because of the following EZA publisher rule:

"If you wish to publish/reprint any article from our site in your ezine, website, blog, forum, RSS feed or print publication, you must agree to limit the number of articles reprinted to no greater than taking 25 articles from our site per calendar year per unique domain that you own. In addition, for domain owners of many domains, you may not reprint more than 250 articles per year (10 sites x 25 articles reprinted per domain)."
This means that an autoblog isn't allowed to scrape more than 25 articles from EZA per year. Thus, it is a less viable source of backlinks...

Also, it takes articles much longer to get published on EZA than on Go Articles. So it would be in your best interest to use Go Articles if you are looking for more autopilot backlinks...

The Case Against Articles Base

Articles Base used to be a very good place to publish your articles in order to increase your chances of getting your articles syndicated. However this all changed when Articles Base decided to set up measures in order to block autoblogs from scraping articles from their site.

Because of the problems with this, most autoblog software switched to scraping articles from other article directories instead.

As such, ArticlesBase is not a really recommended option if you are looking to enhance the amount of backlinks you get with each article you post. Instead, consider using GoArticles.

Highly Scraped Topics

Now that we've determined GoArticles to be the most optimal place to publish our articles in order to get them auto-syndicated, let's look into the best topics to go after in your articles.

To find the most highly scraped topics, let's take one of the most popular autoblogging software at present - WP Robot. WP Robot has a free version and a paid version.

The free version has a featured link in the footer, allowing us to find autoblogs quite easily. Still, there are quite a number of people using the free version... We will use this number merely as a rough indicator.

A simple Google search for the phrase "Powered by WP Robot" reveals nearly 3 million entries, as shown in the screenshot below:

Now let's compare a few different autoblog topics and see how they are doing at present...

By doing as shown above, we can identify topics that are being scraped on a lot. It's best to write articles on these topics and submit them to article directories, with links back to your main site for whatever keyword you are trying to rank for.

To increase the probability of my article getting scraped, I would write an article on SEO based on the previous results, and include a link in the author's bio to whatever website I'm trying to rank for. As autoblogs scrape my article, they'll scrape my links along with it, thus getting me backlinks again and again.

Some people might be concerned about the lack of relevance of the content to the site you are trying to rank for. Like if you are writing an article on SEO and you are linking at the end to a dog training site.

Well, it's ok.

You'll still get the link juice you deserve...

This technique is a good way to get the articles you publish auto-syndicated over time. But even with this nifty trick, there are still things you can do to enhance the effect even more. These things have to do with the content.

Enhancing Content (x10)

So far while I've been sharing this technique, you've absorbed a neat trick that will enhance your article marketing tremendously. You can get your articles syndicated even if you put out poorly written and badly made content. However, this would never be recommended.

If you want to get the best results from this method, you'll need to create great content, interesting content, and informative content. You can get results by simply creating average or poor content, but the results pale in comparison to what you can get by highly optimizing your content.

To get the best results, you will need to create... LINKBAIT!

Linkbait is typically used to describe content or features that are designed specifically to gain attention or encourage others to link to the website or webpage. However, if the content is so good that others are compelled to link to it, then it'll be good enough that others will be compelled to syndicate it as well.

There are various types of linkbaits that will help your articles get more attention and increase the chances of them getting shared, syndicated and linked to. Examples of some of these that you can use with your article directory submissions are:

- List-type Articles
- Controversial Articles
- Extremely Humorous Articles
- Detailed Guides
- How-To Articles
- .... And More...

My favorite type of link bait to create is the list-type article. It's easy to digest, useful for readers, and fun to make.

Posting these types of well-made and specially crafted articles will help you to increase the chances of getting your articles auto-syndicated by interested parties in addition to the results you get using the Auto Article Syndication Method I outlined above. Also, you get people linking to your article, thus increasing the quality and power of the backlink that you get from the article.

And there are still more benefits that you get when you combine linkbait with the Auto Article Syndication Method.

AASM + Linkbait Combo

Let's say you create linkbait-type articles based on a highly scraped topic, and you submit these articles to GoArticles. Several things happen at this juncture:

- You've created an article that is most probably going to be scraped by hundreds and hundreds of autoblogs.
- You've created an article that is so good that people are going to syndicate it manually and republish it on their websites or blogs.
- You've created an article that is so good that people are going to want to link back to the article and to talk about it.

In addition to this, you gain another benefit. When autoblogs auto-syndicate your article and repost the article to their blog, that article is going to be read by even more people.

Since you created a link-bait type article, when people read your article on those autoblogs, people are going to want to link back to the page on the auto-blog where your syndicated article is published and even share it with their friends!

In essence, you are gaining backlinks to your backlinks (2nd tier backlinks) on complete autopilot. You are getting more link-juice for free, and you will see your backlinks from those autoblogs growing in quality. You will even get more traffic to boot.

But why stop there? Let me share with you one final trick that I use to get even more 2nd tier backlinks on autopilot...

The Auto 2nd Tier Method

So you've got linkbait, high quality articles on the article directories. And you've got autoblogs reposting and syndicating your articles giving you more backlinks each day.

Since your article is now reposted on various blogs, they will be indexed and easily searchable in Google Blogsearch.

You know the name of the articles that you've posted in the article directories. So you can type the name of the article you've posted into the Google Blogsearch box and it will bring back results of all the autoblogs that have republished your article.

For example, if your article is named How I Built a New 6 Figure Business, then type in "How I Built a New 6 Figure Business" in quotes and search for it with Google Blogsearch. You will get results as shown:

Now here's the trick. At the bottom of Google Blogsearch, you can get a frequently updated RSS feed that will update itself with new instances of when Google finds new autoblogs that republish your article.

Take this RSS feed, and submit it to RSS directories, aggregators, and RSS search engines, and you'll have 2nd tier backlinks coming in like a flood. Anytime new instances of your article are syndicated on autoblogs, there'll be backlinks pointing at those pages.

Other Places For Auto-Syndication

Today I'm sharing mostly about using article directories because so many are asking about it, but you shouldn't limit yourself with this technique by only focusing on article directories.

There are many other types of websites where you can post articles that autoblogging software scrape from. Sites like Question and Answer sites, Video sites (you can post articles in the description of videos), Press Release sites, and more!

Study and keep yourself up-to-date with the latest websites supported by autoblog software. You may find yourself pleasantly surprised.

You're helping autobloggers by providing them with content, and they're helping you by providing you with backlinks.

Conclusion

I hope you guys enjoyed this little technique for auto-syndicating your article marketing and getting more auto-pilot SEO backlinks.

Let me know how this method has helped you!

      Hi Nick,

Thanks for taking the time to read my thread and thank you for the compliments.

Especially coming from an autoblog guru like yourself, it's an honor...

Well, my opinion is that it's great! And it can get you great results when used as part of a solid strategy.

But having used many, many such software in the past, I would say the main downside for me would be in taking the time to open up, prepare and use the software for submission.

Sometimes there are software bugs that cause problems, and you have to spend time fixing them or seeing what went wrong. Sometimes the directories change, or something else changes and you need to wait for a software update.

Overall, using automated submission software can be extremely helpful and profitable, but it can be much of a pain as well.

Personally, when it comes to doing mass submissions, I would rather pay someone to operate the software and do the submissions for me.

Perhaps, you can consider hiring someone to do that and offering the submission service for a nice price on the side for people who would rather have someone do all the software operating for them.

I'm sure people will appreciate such a service coming from the maker of the software himself.

        Thank you Jameer.

I'm glad that you enjoyed it and hope that it helps you greatly in your efforts.

The methods for finding out the other sites that auto-blogging software prefer is quite simple...

First, what I do is look for the different types of autoblogging software available on the market with a simple search:

        https://www.google.com/search?q=auto...hrome&ie=UTF-8

Next, I would visit the most popular ones and look at their module page to see which sites those software support.

For example, WP Robot is one of the best in the market and you've determined that from your Google Search. If you wanted to find which sites are supported by WP Robot, simply go to their module page:

WP Robot - Premium Wordpress Autoposting Plugin

And then click on the type of site you are looking to piggyback on. If you're looking for the article directories that they support, then click on the Article Module link on the page above and you'll find...

WP Robot - Premium Wordpress Autoposting Plugin

        ... that they currently support 3 article directories: ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com or ezinemark.com.

You can do the same for other similar autoblogging software.

Simply go to their website and browse their module and feature pages.

What a terribly long and boring post - full of rehash. Personally, I'd go for PRlog - but I'm not in the 2009 game anymore and they will soon fall, too.

Can I use this as my new sig?

EzineArticles is the most scraped article directory since it has more quality articles and it's more popular than the others. Scrapers don't give a sh*t about rule. Once they manage to scrape the entire site, they'd replace all the links and remove author information. Then they'd spin the articles and submit them to their own blog network.

Someone forgot to mention that most auto blogs scrape / spin and edit OUT the actual links back to the site.

Take PRweb for example, just type in "SEO service group" + PRweb.com into Google, then take the title of one of my press releases and show me how many scraper sites actually link back to my site or the PRweb source. Close to NONE, yes you do find like 5000+ results depending on the release or title, but 99.9% of them only scraped the headlines or the news feed and are not linking back to the source at all.

Secondly most of the scraper sites are of such low quality that you DON'T even want them to link back to your site as they most probably use a lot of automated back link spam on their own site which bites you in the ass when you have links from these penalized sites pointing to you.
