Hey everyone I signed up with adknowledge and got some shady clicks from them that didn't even convert to anything, and worst my analytics software said that I only got 4 clicks as to the 54 they said I got....

So my question is how do I get a a refund on the remaining balance I have with them. (They require you to deposit $50 first) I spent like $10 of it and I am not satisfied with them. I don't see anything on their site telling me how to get a refund. So I was wondering if someone with experience could help me out and tell me how to get a refund. Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can get a refund. Did they tell you that you can try and then decide if you want a refund or not? I doubt it.

Have you considered asking them for a refund.. This is like me calling the United Nations and asking what Walmart's refund policy is.

      Just saying..

before posting this thread I emailed them asking them for a refund on my remaining account balance, which was about 2 days ago maybe 3, since then no response. lol, there have been similar threads on this forum about adknowledge being kind of shady with the traffic they send and I have experience it now. If I worked on conversions it wouldt even matter if I got 54 clicks but my analytics read 4 clicks, you know what I mean guys.

Nvm adknowledge is legit, they filed for a refund and sent me a reply email back this morning. Sure took them long enough to reply like 3 - 4 days. Just have to email them. I believe there policy is that you have to ask for a refund within 30 days, anyways thanks guys.
