[ Yoast Plugin ] Images not being indexed on Google Images

Hello warriors,
I never had a problem with the latest posts and images being indexed on google. They were getting indexed pretty quickly.
I read about the duplicate content and i've installed the yoast plugin on my wordpress site.
I opted for no-follow for tags,categories,archives,sub pages of archives,format,picture tag,author archives and date archives.
Since then, all the latest posts have been getting indexed as usual. However, the images in posts are not getting indexed on google image search. Only the posts which i submit to social bookmarking sites, the images inside these posts are getting indexed on google images.
Rest of the images inside posts which i don't submit to social bookmarking sites are not getting indexed.
Please help me out. Thank you.
