Catching and Internet Spammer - Negative SEO

So I was #1 for several keywords in the beginning of September. A few days after earning the #1 spot I started receiving spammy comments to my website. Thousands of them and a month later I started dropping in rankings then finally fell off the face of the earth and received an unnatural links message from Google.

I identified the negative domains and entered them into the Google Disavow Tool and responded to the Unnatural links message stating that I have been attacked an I cannot reach these webmasters who own the spammy sites.

I'm at a complete loss. I want to find out who did this. Below I've listed the sites that have a lot of comments pointing back to my website. Does anyone recognize if these are part of a link network?

Also, if Google lifts the penalty and the disavow tool blocks the domains do you think I'll bounce back to #1 like I was before this attack happened?
