what type of back links should we get and where can we get those ?

I think These Type of Backlink wont Work

ex; web2.0 , article submission etc

    Blogging and videos. I used to run a construction business that did not have free local traffic. First way I got traffic is submit your site to google places, yellowpages, and so forth. Many companies will charge huge amounts of money to have you use their service to submit your business to your site. It is better off for you or your secretary to manually submit your business on these site because most paid services will not put in detailed information on these sites.
    Another way is blogging. If you get the keyword names of your town or state and make a video and blog article with those keywords, you will be on the first page of google in no time because google loves local businesses on their searches.
