Hi, we know the importance that google + has on the serp so, if we do a black hat (link building) on g+ post, what happens?

What importance is that then?

From my own testing I can categorically say that Google +1's has no impact on search positions what so ever. The same goes for Facebook Likes.

Thats not to say they won't count in the future - you can almost guarantee they will but in the here and now they don't.

Tweets however are a very different story- Revolutionary study: We prove that tweets do affect rankings | B3Labs | Branded3

Personally though I wouldn't like to game with +1's - it seems very easy to get caught out when Google owns all the user data and can see what is going on. Certainly wouldn't be outsourcing it.
