Would my squeeze page be accepted on AdWords?

I would be careful who you listen too. I personally spoke with a Google employee for 3 hours on the phone in regards to one of my campaigns, which was in the local niche, as she called me because of how well my campaign was doing. My campaign was performing twice as well as what Google considers to be the industry average and I was getting top placement and paying less per click as a result.

Frankly, Google has no issues what so ever with squeeze pages and I will dare to say that anyone who tells you any different doesn't know what they are talking about.

Furthermore, besides network marketing opportunities, Google does not care what topic you advertise. If you were to advertise that particular site for the keywords, "Free Traffic" or some some other related terms, Google is not going to care. All they care about is making money. I challenge anyone to show me any documentation that says any different as again, I spent 3 hours with a real live Google employee and asked her every question under the sun.

That being said, you would more than likely get a very high bounce rate on that site. The offer is not strong enough for me to give you my name and email address. You may want to further develop it into a video course or something like that or develop a video to put on the squeeze page.

If you read Perry Marshall's Definitive Guide to Google Adwords he will say that the days of one page landing pages are over. That you should provide your visitor with as much information as possible in that you place some articles on your site, some videos, a contact form and so on and so forth. That you build a squeeze page/landing page with the user in mind.

However, I've still had single page landing pages do quite well and if you look at most of the landing pages in local niches you will see that a lot of the sites are EXTREMELY poor and yet Google is not penalizing them and is happy to take their money.

So again, don't believe everything everyone posts about what Google likes and dislikes and always ask for proof.
