Please help me to filter Latest High PR Dofollow list

Hi all….
Most of WF users provide list of Dofollow list forum and blogs. But after checking manually view source code, I see lots of these are nofollow, also used Nofllow add-on for firefox. (Don’t know I doing wrong judgment to check dofollow or not?)

Used Page for checking
