What do think about using Google Disavow links

If I got some notification from google spam team for some unnatural linking issues what you suggest me to about the usage of Google Disavow link tool

    You can use the Disallow Tool but you must review your link profile first. You must decide which ones are low quality and could have triggered Google's spam detection system.

    Be very careful about using the tool. You should be very sure about which links are causing the issue. It wouldn’t hurt to try and contact Google to see if they can tell you which link or links it was causing this warning.
