Google list duplicate contents

Hi,

Everyday someone copying contents from our sites. The stupid google list them instead of us. Anyway, google helps me to take down those contents with DMCA

But i've one more problem:
One of my reader is sharing part of my content in newsvine and linking to my sites as source. Google list newsvine in first when i search for the title of post. But i'm not able to find my site in result. How can i solve this problem? i can't ask the user to stop sharing my posts.:confused:

    Build some links for your website and wait. If your content is getting bookmarked/shared, then it is good for your website.

    You can solve this issue by simply following two steps:

    1. Get and mash your blog RSS feeds and submit them to as many social networking and RSS feed aggregators as you can.

    2. Use services like OnlyWire to post every new blog post to social media sites.

    I have found this step to get every new blog post indexed within minutes and once the articles are indexed, you own the entire right.

      Indexing is not problem here. Within a few minutes(takes less than 5 minutes), my site is getting indexed. But once other user share their post or stealing contents, i can't find my site for the title search.

      I thought i don't need to build backlinks because my site is being linked from top news sites.

      May be the next pr update will help me. But i'm not sure.

    could be because they are posting on sites which have more authority than yours, bookmaks from other users ia good, sharing your site from otehr users in their blogs is also good for you, but you can also promote your own site, and should see that you then rank above them
