SEO Experts - Should I go after this keyword?

When searched in google, the term has this many results:

without quotes: 822,000,000
in quotes: 5,000,000
allintitle: 7,000

There is one site that has a PR0 in the top 10. It seems doable but just wanted to make sure.

    My 2 cents
    - forget about without quotes - this is a broad search - tells you nothing
    - forget about "in quotes" - people don't type in their search terms using quotes!

    Go with exact searches.

    Allintitle is nice! When you look at competition - forget PR0. Ranking factor is not that important anymore. Look at title, description, H1 and also glance at whether site is DMOZ registered or not

      Doesnt matter how many search results a keyword has..check the traffic, cpc, competition of that keyword, then you will know if its worth going after. The keyword appointment has 67,800,000 results, doesnt mean its a good keyword to go after necessarily.

    Mate everytime you want to check competition use google keyword tool! Check exact monthly searches and things like that.
    You can search some tools like market samurai and automate your work.

    check the backlinks of your top ten competitors. If there are tons of backlinks for the top ten sites, then it's a difficult competition.
