Results is based on what you are doing on your site, it's not based on the platform

      Hi!
I found a service, called cms2cms that moves content from blogger to wordpress automatically. I didn't try it but probably I will decide on. It's said this service migrates considerable amount of content entities.
At least, it's great substitution of the manual migration or even any other, I was looking for.

It won't guarantee you better results on google and that's a fact. BUT moving to wordpress will give you a HIGHER CHANCE mainly because wordpress is more customizable and has lots of features which blogger doesn't have, example of that is be able to add custom/free/paid plugins that will help you for your SEO.

Well as far as getting results is concerned; you can achieve higher search rankings from blogger as well! For that you have to focused on qualitative content! The Biggest Advantage you can get by migrating Blogger to wordpress is customization! There are tons of free SEO Plugins available out there to make your blog more search engine friendly!

Moving to a self-hosted wordpress site would be a big improvement. Most hosting companies will move your site for you for free.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

SEO is usually easier on self-hosted wordpress, but not because it's wordpress, but rather it's easier to optimize it using meta description and keywords (better User Interface). Also, blogger will delete your blog the immediate moment it labels you as a spam blog (even if you are not, even if you use your own domain name but hosted by blogger).
